Do you prefer to eat noodles or instant noodles? What are some of your reasons?

I have to let you know that I have to prefer noodles for sure, for they are more nutritious than the instant noodles! In contrast, the instant noodles are sometimes harmful to our health! Each of them contains very high sodium which can cause kidney disease! I am trying to avoid eating it so as to prevent myself from the disease! I am really scared of that!

In my opinion, I would like to eat noodle for sure. I have known that instant noodle contains a lot of sodium and MSG or monosodium glutamate.
I think most of us may know that monosodium glutamate and sodium are bad for our health when we consume them in a large number.
Instant noodle also lacks of nutrition. So, I would prefer eating noodle. At least, noodle includes meat, beef and vegetable.

I prefer eating noodles. Instant noodles are full of sodium but they are very tasty. In 2016’s summer, I ate instant noodles everyday. When I was sick at that time, I found that I had a high blood pressure. I think it is a cause of eating instant noodles and my obesity. I enjoy eating noodles especially clear stock with pork. I can add the seasoning to make noodles tastier.

I prefer both of them. I eat instant noodle when I don't have money to buy something, or I don't know what I would like to eat in that day. It is so good if I eat instant noodles while I am watching something in my room. I know it is not good to me healthy, but it is easy to find and eat. For noodle, I eat it when I go outside or I want to find some food to eat after class. Sometimes, I take it to my dorm because of hot weather.

My favorite instant noodle is Oriental Kitchen by Mama, and the flavor that I like is Hot Korean because Personally, I like to eat spicy food.

I prefer noodle due to I hate eating an instant noodle. I think it is too salty for me. I really hate eating an instant noodle even though It is my last choice, I still don't eat it. I don't know why people love eating it because it has very low of nutrition and It can cause a lot of decease for people. It is very bad eating it guys. Eating noodle is healthier that eating instant noodle because you will get a lot of nutrition such as vitamin from vegetables, carbohydrate from a noodle etc. and eating noodle means you are eating a fresh ingredients which are newly made everyday.

Moreover, it contain many types of nutrients which are carbohydrate, protein, vitamin and fat. Instant noodles is of course my preference! I rarely have noodles since I flavour it quite not well! When I want to have the instant noodles, I always prepare other ingredients like vegetables, shrimps, pork, and etc. Due to its little nutrition, I try to add those things in order to make it more nutritious.

I prefer to eat noodles to instant noodles. These days, I love eating noodles so much. I would say that I eat noodles 4-5 times a week. I think that having noodles is healthier than having instant noodles. I stop eating instant noodles for a year and I feel that it positively affects my health. I recommend you to try to stop eating instant noodles. You can have it when you want a quick meal. I extremely prefer instant noodles to noodles because I think the ingredient in instant noodles is delicious enough for me.On the other hand for noodles I have to cook it by taking some ingredient into it and sometimes it has not delicious. I will eat the noodle because I can get 5 types of nutrients frim it: Protein from meat or pork, Carbohydrate from noodle, Mineral and Vitamin from vegetables and fat from garlic oil. I would like to tell you that I prefer instant noodles to noodles! The first reason is instant noodles are cheaper than noodles. I do not have to buy it for 35 or 40 baht. Just only 6 baht and I can enjoy my meal. The secend reason is instant noodles are easier to find and eat than noodles. I bet that you guys can not cook for yourself. If you want to eat noodles, you have to go outside. On the other hand, you can buy instant noodles anytime and keep it inside your house or dorm. These are why I prefer instant noodles to noodles.

Noodles would be my favorite for sure! It can be said that noodle is one of my all time favorite foods. I normally have it every single day since it provides me various nutrients.
