For me I can be happy with the simple things around me.
The first thing is when I can force myself to go the gym.
The second thing is when I eat a delicious food.
The last thing is when I have a free time to watch Netflix and cartoon.

1. sleep more than 8 hrs per day.

My happiness is simple things in my daily life.
1. Eating foods which I like

-eaing something delicious such as yummy foods, fresh fruits, and desserts
-watching some funny clips
-dancing whatever songs or music.

Happiness looks different for everyone, for me, I always smile we smile because we’re happy, exercise isn’t just for my body. Regular exercise can help to reduce stress and get plenty of sleep.

Honestly, I am a person who feel happy easily. When I was sad or in the bad mood, I will remain myself with positive thinking and don't let negative stay with me for long. I also have many things to do when I want myself to feel happier. I will do and eat my favorite. I will listen to rock music, play games and read cartoon.
Moreover, when I eat my favorites, they are all make me feel happier such as ice-cream, toast or honey-toast and cold water. They are all the things that I like to so even I already feel happy.

When I feel sad or feel down, I always do these 3 things.
1. Turn on my favorite songs as loud as possible.
2. Go out and find something to eat.
3. Go to sleep.
They are very easy to do and it does help me to feel better.

1.Watching YouTube or Korean drama in my room.
2.Eating good food especially food cooked by mum.
3.Hanging out with friends. Doing some funny or crazy things together.

I proudly to tell you three habits that make myself feel better and happier.
- SLEEPING, this is the first thing which can make me happy and refresh!
- DRAWING, as you know I am a person who like drawing so much. So, this thing helps me get calm.
-LISTENING TO MUSIC, this is the activity that I usually spend my time with it. I enjoy listening to music very much.
