I would say that there are lots of simple habits that i do to make me feel happier. For example, talking with people who have a positive thinking, listening to music that i love to eat, or eating a good food. These are the simple habits that i always do to make me feel happier.

For me, I prefer to do these 3 things that make me happier as following;
1. Talk to my boyfriend. He is the one who can give me an advise very well. He tries to make me feel better by talking about the issue, joke, or something nice.
2. I will do my hobbies like listening to music, reading cartoons, watching movies etc.
3. I will sleep to relax my body. This is very important because if I don't get enough sleep, my body will become tired and depressed and it will make me unhappy.

I try to be a happy person every day to have a good mental health. These following are what I do to make myself happier.
