That’s a big question to answer! Let me think... um... I would set one rule that covers everything. It would be be nice and wise. It means that we should be purified and gain knowledge so we could make a wise decision. If my people don’t follow that rule, they would be disappear forever. I think it might not work... The first thing which comes up to this answer is "Don't be a selfish person". Because humans have been destroyed this world for a long time. I will do a genocide for creating a new generation of humans. Then, I will rule this world with the right of nature. The greed and moral declining of the people is the reason why this world is getting worse. They don't really care who would die because of their actions.
