I sometimes am a stright-forward person when I do work. I want my work to be as good as much as I can. So, I will talk to my partner directly. But about feeling, I would say I'm not because I very care about someone feeling. I don't want to hurt them, but if I cannot stand I will tell them too.

Normally, I am not a straight-forward person. I'm quite worried about my words or speech which can hurt the listener. Sometime, I try to find the way to speak appropriately with others in order to make them comfortable. Sometimes, I lie in order to avoid the problem.
However, I will be a straight-forward person when I am with my best friends.

Most of the people don't like hearing harsh truths about themselves. They look forward to people who'd compliment them or sugar coat stuff for them. They prefer flattery over brutal reality. Because it takes courage to face the truth and admit you're wrong when you are.

Yes, I am. I think being straightforward is good for us. If people in certain countries are straightforward, the corruption will never be caused to happen! Being straightforward does not actually mean to say thing in a bad or unacceptable manner! Most people do that, and claim themselves to be straightforward people. Virtually, they are not, and they are rude instead! Being straightforward involves to say or do thing in an honest and reliable manner! It means to be honest and reliable, in other words! As a result, I have to consider myself a straight forward person!

No, I'm not but I think they create a better world by telling the truth. They speak honestly. If a sensitive person is offended by the truth it’s not because it was offensive. It’s because the truth sucks to hear. LOL
