What makes a person fun?

In my opinion, a person is fun if he has the following qualities:
He/She is optimistic
He/She does not complain about others or his surroundings.
He/She is making his surrounding entertaining, not necessarily by cracking jokes all the time.
When someone is present in his vicinity, his positive energy spreads everywhere in such a way that even if the other person is sad, he becomes happy by the radiation of the funniest person.

For me, I think that the characteristics of a fun person are someone who can :
-let loose & not care what others think of them
-take a risk without worrying about the consequences of their actions (once hopped a fence & went swimming with a friend & got a ticket haha !!)
-extremely adventurous always ready to explore something or someplace new
-will try anything once
-comes up with creative ideas & fun things to do
-usually has a passion they use as an outlet to express themselves & inspire others
