For me, I get shocked while watching horror movies,it is because while watching horror movies our whole concentration is on the movie so, I don't care about our surrounding at that time and one more thing is while watching a horror movie a person's mind will be thinking only of ghosts, spirits and dead souls it is natural

No, I don't. Because I don't like to watch ghost movies. I think it is quite nonsense and not make sense for me. Well... It looks like a ghost want to jump scare wherever and whenever it want. I don't like to watch scary movies because I don't feel like I already watch a whole movie.
When I watch scary movie, I have to watch another one.
