What makes a good teacher great?

There is a lot of qualification for being good teacher. Teachers need to have good personality, deep knowledge, great education and good speaker. I think these qualifications make teachers good, but how to make teachers great. I think teacher should be more listener and focus about children needs. Children have their own unique abilities. Enhancing student’s ability makes teacher great.

I think excellent communication skills. You'd think that the most important quality for a teacher to possess would be knowledge, since that's what the job is all about, after all: sharing knowledge. But no matter how knowledgeable a person is, if they can't convey what they know to others in a way that is not only understandable but engaging, the knowledge itself is useless. If a teacher's communication skills are good, they can convey knowledge with better skill and results.

Some teachers might stay after school and make themselves available to students and parents who need to consult with them.
