There are many things that I use to relieve my sadness away which depends on the situation as well
1. Listen to sermon
2. Listen to music
3. Go shopping
4. Travel
5. Watch movies
6. Do exercise
7. Hang out with friends
Don't make yourself free because it will make us feel more sadness.

I sometimes think that relieving sadness is quite hard to do. However, things I could do when I am sad are:
-Watching a funny movie or stupid videos on YouTube or Twitter. It could help me feel better when I watch such videos.
-Having delicious desserts. This way could help me a lot to cope with sadness. When I have my favorite dessert, a pudding fruit salad, I stop thinking about everything, just focus on eating it.

In my life, I think that I cannot avoid sadness. What I do is accepting it and thinking of what to do to make it better. I usually cry when sadness comes and when I am alone. I let my tears fall from my eyes to release stress. I used to think that crying is for weak people but it is not good for health.

Personally, the simple ways to overcome my sadness away are listen to music, sleeping, shopping, eating delicious things, and connect with friends or my sister. The tune of music can change an atmosphere and create a more positive vibe. For healthy sleep can enhance well-being. Shopping awakes me from sadness because I can spend money buying things that I want. The taste of delicious things can relieve my mood. Finally, talking with someone I can trust enhance my emotions so much because I get it off my chest.

When I’m sad, I always go back to my room. Think about what happened in my life and then get some sleep. Or I listen to my favorite songs and be with someone who understands me, who can take me back from the darkness.

Going outside can help me. When I was sad, I would go out for watching something to entertain me or cheer me up. My friends also help me too. They know what to do when someone is sad. I sometimes stay at my dormitory to relieve my own sadness.

When I want to relieve my sadness, I always find something to do to be relaxed or talk to someone who is reliable. I will watch the sitcom on youtube and avoid listening to a sad song because I think that everything around us can affect our thought or feeling sometimes, so I have to make myself surrounded by something nice. Talking with someone who is reliable and be a good listener is also help because you can trust that they will not judge you or talk behind your back.

Personally, I have many ways to relieve my sadness away. For examples: listening to music, watching movies in the cinema, hanging out with friends and sleeping is good as well. I often select listen to music and sleep for relaxing my sadness. I usually lay down on my bed and then turn on the music, it feels good to relieve my thoughts. Sometimes, it works to throw sadness away, but sometimes it has to take time to get through it.

For me, I think the reason that makes me sad is every bad thing that comes to me. At first, I thought that it is because of those things that make me sad. But when I look and think deeper, the real reason is chaos in my mind. I just realized it 5 minutes ago that the reason for all sadness is chaos in a mind. From this, I can relieve sadness by understanding why this is bothering my mind. I will compare your mind as a pile of dust, problems as a wind, and understanding as a broom. If the wind blew a pile of dust, we need a broom to sweep the dust into one place, right? I suggest that you can do some meditating and understanding why things happened, maybe your mind will be clearer.

Personally, I think when I feel sad I like to listen to favorite songs and drive a car to somewhere. I ignore everything and spends my time with the environment around me. Then sadness disappear. I think sadness come fast and go fast too. Everything depends on thinking. Positive thinking is the best way.

When I feel sad , I will listen to the song first.
If I want to have someone to understand what I'm feeling right now, I will listen to sad songs and I'm gonna be ok cause I think there are someone who feeling like me.
If I want to cheer myself up, I will listen to pop or dance song, they can help me to feel better a lot.

For me, when I am sad or depressed, I will do activities that help me to forget that feeling and cheer me up such as listening to my favorite songs, watching funny videos on Youtube or playing games. Or sometimes, I don't feel better, I will hang out to Sermthai for shopping, playing Danz Base, reading books in Nai in, or talking with my friends. Then my sadness will be relieved and I will feel better soon.

Relieving sadness sounds easy but for me it is not easy. I think it is hard to relieve because I am a sensitive person, my tear is too much and it is ready to show my sadness all time. However, when I need to get rid of it I will let myself do any other things like work out, watching funny clips, whether or shopping. It helps me, but not all time.

Sleeping is the best way that I always use to relieve sadness away. Sleeping is help me feel better. After I wake up, I fell like this is a new chance to do new things. I don’t like when I feel sad. Find the lesson of your sadness - This might be a little controversial, but here’s what I think: Take some time and be with your sadness. Take some time and really feel the sadness and why you’re sad. Identify it. Take out a notebook and write about it. Write about where it hurts, why, and what it’s trying to tell you. If you don’t know, if nothing comes up, that’s okay. This is the only part where we’re going to focus “on the past.” The reason is that your emotions are trying to show you something and you can’t ignore them.

I always watch the video on Youtube and go to bed.
I love to listen to music and watch the video before going to sleep.

When I'm in sadness, I usually try to find the cause of my sadness first and try to fix them. For me, fixing that problems is the great way to deal with it more than doing others activitie to relieve sadness. If we finish that activities already without fixing them, we still be in sadness. Sometimes, I will call to my friends to let them help me. They can help me a lot.

I have three main things I do to get me away from the sadness which are singing karaoke, listening to classical music and playing with dogs. Whenever I get stressed from anything, I usually find the place to sing karaoke whether at my home or Sermthai complex. Sometimes that I get stressed and I cannot sing because of my sore throat, classical music can be my best choice. I enjoy spending time with my dog. His name is Whito. He can make me laugh and fun when I am with him. I love doing these things to relieve my sadness.

Sometimes I go to the cinema to watch movies alone.
And sometimes I will drive a car on the road while playing loud music.

I have many ways to help reduce sadness effectively. Lemme tell you! First, I sometimes listen to favourite songs. Such songs can help relax and boost up my power at the same time. Second, going exercising is the key to happiness. When I feel sad, I will go jogging at a park. This is a very effective way to help you get out of sorrow. The last technique is eating is a miracle pill. LOL Eating can heal every pain. Hahaha

I would say there are many ways to fade away your sadness. For me, I choose to go outside and relax myself with playing badmintion
with my friends. Other activities are listing to the song, watching movies on youtube and carving fruite. These activities make me
stronger by getting out from stresses. I recomend you to go do excercise when you get sad.

To relieve sadness is quite hard for me but I have some way that I always do. As following, watch my own favorite kind of movies, listen to music that match with my type, find some now interesting things to do, hang out with my friends. I think that I just stay in my room and do enjoyable activities that I like. It can help me feel better, not to do the big thing. It depends on what I like and I feel comfortable with it.

I am the one of the people who like relaxing after confronting the obstacles. When I get stress from the problems, I will try to find ways to relieve them. Relaxing myself is one of the best ways. There are the amazing techniques that I use to relax myself: focusing on breaths, listening to the rain sound, and taking a shower. Those techniques are quite easy and everyone can follow them.
