Personally, I like to ignore everything around me when I'm sad.
Sometimes I listen to music for relieving my sadness.
Moreover, I think another way that can relieve my sadness away is to go to bed and sleep for 3-4 hours is okay.
I think when I wake up, the sadness will disappear.

When I am sad, I try to look for the cause and accept it.
Sadness is such a common thing in human beings' life. It comes and goes like rain.
I always tell myself that it is okay to feel terrible. All I do is just let myself cry.
Sometimes, I listen to sad songs so that my tears will come out.

I..... I don't know.
For real, I don't really know how to do that thing.
So, I'm still sad all the time, inside my heart.
But lately, I usually eat or buy something when I feel unhappy or uncomfortable to do something. I gain lots of weight this term.

When I really really sad, i cry a lot. I let myself cry until it satisfied and has no tears to fall down. then i will stop and find something to do like listening to music or reading a novel.

The best way to relieve my sadness is cleaning my room. It's sound funny, but it's calm me down when sweeping and mopping the floor. Maybe, because I'm a person who loves cleanliness, I can handle my sadness easily when it's come.

OMG!!!! When I am sad I don't want to talk with other people.
So, I like to listen to music or sleep. listen to music and sleep are the best way for me to relieve my sadness.
It help me recharge my energy and calm.

That’s a good question !
When I am sad, I try to ignore everything because if you didn’t ignore the things that make you sad, it makes you worried about that.
May be, I love watching Korean variety shows such as Running man, We got married, Infinite Challenge etc. For relaxing myself, it’s good for you !
I recommend this way for relieve the stress.

I personally believe that, if you want to relieve your sadness, you have to find the activities that you enjoy to do it. For me, watching some comedy movies on Netflix is one of the ways to relieve the sadness. I can stop thinking about the sadness or stress when I watch a movie. So, keep yourself relax and comfortable, everything will be better.

When I saw this topic, I did have small laugh to myself!
It is because sadness is a part of my feelings and activities that I do have in daily life.
It kinda sad but its is funny! It is because I am the type of person who like to think a lot, or like to carry everything on my shoulders.
So, to relieve sad feeling or sadness away is just to listen to the song just like "Believer" by Imagine Dragons or sweet songs!!

Sadness can come any time! I have to say we need to be wise enough to eliminate it! We should not be stuck with it for a long time; we have to get moving forwards rapidly! In this reply, I will share with you about how to take our sadness away from us in my own way! I think we should go shopping with friends when feeling sad! The friends can really help cure that kind of sad feeling! For example, I usually ask my friends to take me to the department store or the mall when having got that kind of sadness. There at the mall, I can buy some pens or books which are the things I am really obsessed with; I can unintentionally feel a bit happier! The other thing I do recommend is to have some movies to watch or some songs to listen to! To have done that can really help, too! You would certainly feel relieved! Anyway, to avoid sadness might be the best for us!

In my opinion, I always watch YouTube, OKWEGO channel. It helps me
relax and relive some sadness. It's a channel about traveling with friends.
I have so much fun and knowledge from this channel. Besides, I want to
follow them to go where they had been.

When I feel sad, there are many ways that I do and It works for me. First, I will accept it. It is an important thing! You need to find out what is your sadness comes from and handle it. The next step is doing things that entertain yourself. If you like listening to music, then do it. If you like drawing pictures, then do it. I think these ways can soothe and relieve you from your sadness.

When I am sad, I usually get some sleep.
I think it is the best way to relieve sadness because sleep can make forget everything for a while.
I can get more energy to fight tomorrow.
And I like to watch comedy movies when I feel sad, either.
I can focus only on movies, and laugh funny jokes that can make me feel better.

People always say that why I always smile and being happy? I tell them that I am a human, I feel and I cry many times. The things that I do to relieve my sadness is being sad and listen to sad songs and then fall asleep. When I get up the sadness will be relieved and disappeared but this way cannot help every situations. Sometimes I go out for riding motorcycle with my best friend but mostly I go alone. It is not abnormal to be sad, trying to live with it and you will understand yourself more.

Whenever I feel sad I always watch memes videos or any memes related content because it gives me a good laugh or even just a chuckle which is fine. Another thing is listening to the song that I like or playing video games with my friends.

What I usually do when my heart is covered by the feeling of sadness include listening to my favorite songs and watching movies or videos on YouTube. These ways can help make me feel relaxed. I do love singing loudly along the songs so that sadness will be immediately gone away. Apart from that, going out to café with friends can be counted as an effective way in relieving sadness as well. We have to live our life happily by stop letting any kinds of sadness bother us. Stay happy people!

The best way to relieve my sadness away is listening to music.I love to listen to music whenever I have a chance especially when I am sad. I can listen any types of music such as pop, jazz, rock and also folk music. I think music is similar to our lives, it can describe our feeling just listen to one song.I am a lover music person and I am very relaxed listening to music.

The sadness is my friend. How to relieve it for me is crying. When I was sad, I would listen to the saddest songs or movies to make me cry. After crying, it's a different story. I feel happy and move on to my life. I think it's about hormone secretion that makes us feel better after crying. Moreover, when we cry, We reconsider ourselves and then we have the consciousness to move on our lives.

Having sadness is normal. It takes time to relieve all of sadness. For me, I will go to the coffee shop such as Amerzon Cafe or go to the nature place such as a park. If I do not want to go outside, I will stay in my room and watch the television show.

To be very honest, I always listen to music to relieve some sadness away.
I usually access to YouTube and open some funny videos.
Sometimes, I draw some pictures to express my sadness through a paper.
By doing this, my sadness was reduced and go away.
I recommend you to use my technique to relieve your sadness. It's really work!!

To be honest, I am the one who always face with sadness from unexpected circumstances. I always find it difficult to find the solution for my own self to get rid of a sadness. Of course, everyday I get a lot older in terms of mentality and physicality. I realized that sometimes we cannot hold it in mind. We need to let it go with the time, let it flow with the win and begin the new day with passion. That's how I relieve my sadness away.

I just let myself cry a lot when to deal with sadness.
I personally think letting my mind take a rest and cry out to make sadness disappear are the best ways to help release and calm the mentality down.

If I have sad or feel sad, I will find something to do in order to forget the sadness.
Activities that I enjoy doing when I feel sad are listening to music, watching comedy shows and ghost shows and reading novels.
I think that sadness and happiness are in our mind and sometimes we can just ignore the sadness in order to keep ourself be happy.

The easy way that I can do for myself is giving time for myself for a moment.
If I want to cry so just cry after that I have to restart and build up myself again.
I believe that everything happens for its reasons whether good or bad so that I need to accept them.
Learn from them and try not to go back to the same way.
