One thing I have to do when I am stress is go outside the room.
Because living in the room alone will make you feel more stress.
What I usually do is go singing and go eating with friends.
There are many techniques that help you relieve stress, just find them and do it!

To release stress, I would like to listen to music, watch movie and do an exercise.
I think I feel more relieve especially when I do an exercise. It can help me a lot.
I like to run and ride a bicycle. Then, my stress is disappear.

i always sleep and listen to music. even though when i was happy. LOL
these two activities help me alot. i like to do these activities very much.
sometimes i like to read books and paint some pictures as well.

When I notice myself that I have stress, the first thing I will do is taking a deep breathe and listen to music.
Then, I will find out something to eat.
After that, I will take a nap or take a rest.

I often light a candle and take a deep breath.
Using essential oils or burning a scented candle may help reduce my feelings of stress and anxiety.
Some scents are especially soothing. Here are some of the most calming scents for me: Lavender and Rose.

Simply just tune in some music or watching my favorite stream or videos can relieve my stress pretty easily.
I like to overthink stuff so I have to deal with stress a lot lately.

For me, chewing gum, this is a very simple way according to a recent study found that stress relief was greatest when people chewed more strongly.

Sometimes, when I feel very stressful, I will lay my head down on a pillow. Then, I screamed out lound as much as I wanted. This way can make me feel like I can let the stress out of my chest. Have you ever done it before?

I believe that nobody want to get stress, but how can we not when studying is so suffer. Here are some simple ways to relieve stress:
1. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat your stress.
2. Spend time with friends and family.
3. Laugh
4. Learn to say no
5. Listen to soothing music

I have three techniques to relieve my stress.
First, I usually eat delicious foods such as papaya salad.
Second, I watch funny videos to relieve my tensions.
Lastly, I like to spend time with my friends such as sing songs or watch movies.
I usually use these ways to get away stress.

For me, the best way to relieve the stress is sleeping. I always sleep when I am stressed. It helps me forget problems for a while. In my opinion, sleeping let's me take a break from the problems. It gives a little time to rest and then fight the problems back.

I relieve my stress by doing my favorite activities such as sleeping, reading manga, watching anime, listening to music, drawing pictures, ,dancing K-pop songs and playing games. Favorite things are the best choice for me to throw out of my stress and relax myself.

I suggest meditating.
A few minutes of practice per day can help ease anxiety.
It's simple. Sit up straight with both feet on the floor.
Close your eyes. Focus your attention on reciting -- out loud or silently -- a positive mantra such as “I feel at peace” or “I love myself.” Place one hand on your belly to sync the mantra with your breaths. Let any distracting thoughts float by like clouds.
