Personally, I usually eat breakfast everyday because it's very important to our body. It's the main energy which we can use in all day long. If I don't eat it, I cannot focus to what I have to learn in class. Besides, I try to lose my weight now so I have to eat it everyday.

To be very honest, I rarely have breakfast because I am not a morning person. I always get up at noon in my day off. So, I want to sleep, rather than to have a breakfast in the morning. Sometimes, I have a breakfast, if I feel very hungry. I usually have a bread and milk, sometimes juice as a breakfast. Even I know that breakfast is very important, I still skip it because of my laziness. LOL

Absolutely not! I always do not eat breakfast because I wake up late.

To be honest, I rarely to eat breakfast because I woke up late.
I have been trying to wake up early and eat breakfast but I cannot do.
If I have a morning class, I will eat bread and milk for breakfast.

Actually, I am not a morning person and I often miss breakfast.
But breakfast is the best meal, especially for my health.
If I have a class in the morning, I will buy stick rice with grilled pork to eat before the class.

In during this period, I attempt to have breakfast everyday but there are few day in a week that I did not have breakfast because of the rush time in the morning. I remember that when I was in third years I seldom had a breakfast. I don't know the actual reason but I suppose that it is just because of I always stayed up late at night and then make me woke up late. So, I did not have enough time to find something to eat. I then try to change myself now.

Having breakfast is really vital to me. I try to have breakfast every day as possible. I usually have breakfast because I am a person who is easy to have a stomachache. So, having breakfast is really vital. I usually eat grilled pork with sticky rice in the morning because I am in a rush in the morning.

Recently, I have avoided to have breakfast because I want to vomit. The reason why I feel this way because I wake up late. It is my habit now. I think that it is not good to not have breakfast. I am trying to adjust myself because it will lead to physical problem in the future.

No, I don't have breakfast every day because I can't put my self up from the bed. I used to be a man who always wakes up in the morning and has breakfast every day but for this semester I have to keep doing my homework and send it to my teacher on time so it's a hard to wake up and has breakfast every day.

I have breakfast... but not always! Before this, I usually skipped my breakfast since I got up late. LOL However, recently, I've found that I cannot live without having breakfast. If I do that, I will get a stomachache. So, I decide to have breakfast every day to prevent that pain.

To be honest, I always have breakfast every day. Even if I’m really busy at that time, but I will try to find the time to have a breakfast. If i do not have a breakfast, i cannot pay attention during the lesson at all. Therefore, having the breakfast is very important for me to start the new day.

actaully, i rarely eat breakfast because i have to focus on my body first and i look over eating breakfast. i know having no breakfast can caause to many diease of the body so i knoow that but i still do nothing. some day, i wish i waill improve my behavior better.

Many people always says that breakfast is the most important part of our daily life. Yes, I know it well. But to be honest, I seldom eat breakfast for the morning because I have not enough time to eat this stuff. I've tried a lot to wake up and eat breakfast. After that I will try to eat breakfast for my good health.

About me, I sometimes have breakfast since I do not want to wake up early. It is a bad thing, you guys have to have breakfast because it is very important for everyone. I would like to share a
story when I seldom have breakfast. I have so much stomachache and stress, then I have to have
breakfast as much as I can do.

I would say NO. I sometimes have breakfast in morning. Only the days that I have class at 8 or 9 am. If I have class at noon I always have only lunch and dinner.

Actually, I sometimes have breakfast. Even though, I am the morning person but I usually skip having breakfast.
I take a long time to take a bath, do my make up, and also get dressed.
Now I try to have breakfast everday with my roommate because it is the most important meal of the day.
When I have breakfast, it makes me feel alert a lot in classes.

I often forget to eat breakfast and I want to know why this is not a good practice. I already know that by eating breakfast I save myself from over indulgence later in the day. Breakfast is considered brain food because it gets me going in the morning. This information came to me from parents and previous teachers that tried to inform me that eating breakfast improves my grades.

Honestly, I would say I have brunch everyday instead of I have breakfast everyday. I skip the breakfast because most of my classes start at noon so It's easy for me to go out around 11 a.m. and have brunch. I know the breakfast is important but sometimes I'm too lazy to go outside to buy food. Therefore, I try to get rid of this behavior before I will get a problem with my stomach.

I would say I have breakfast almost every day because I have class in the morning.
Grilled pork with sticky rice or Moo Ping is one of my favorite food in the morning.
I like to eat moo ping with some Nam jim jaew dipping sauce.
It's very delicious! If I don't have class in the morning and I stay at my dorm, I always eat bananas with milk.

When I see this question I was like "Oh! How long did I haven't have breakfast!?"
I actually wake up late because I want to rest enough before going to the class.
Moreover, in my opinion, I will pay a lot if I wake up early because I have to buy food for every meal.

Breakfast is the most important meal in a day and Yes, I do.
I do have breakfast in every mornig but som times when I wake up late then I will have only bread and milk for breakfast. I do not really like to be hungry during the class time. If i am hungry in class then I cannot focus on what is going on in the classroom!

I don't have breakfast everyday.
I would say that if I will have breakfast that is because I have to work until the morning sun comes.
Then I will have breakfast and go to sleep. hahaha
