Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenishes your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day. So, I hope you all will have breakfast every morning.

Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel. Moreover, breakfast provides significant essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that can only be gained from food. I always have breakfast every day before I go to study. So, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day!

Come on, I will tell you why we should have breakfast. One of the reason is that having breakfast is a source of energy because when we eat, we can get
nutrient from food and the nutrient makes us full in order to stay a long morning. So, having breakfast should be the habit and we should have
breakfast everyday. Another reason is that lacking of having breakfast is the main cause to get Gastritis.

Eating breakfast is one of the most important things you can do for your body and brain.
I would say breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Breakfast also gives you a chance to get in some vitamins and nutrients from healthy foods like dairy, grains, and fruits.
If you don't eat it, you aren't likely to get all of the nutrients your body needs.

As the reserch, Breakfast is the most important meal for human.
Because breakfast will give you the energy to do all of the activities for all day.

There are many researches mentioning about the important of eating breakfast.
Breakfast can help your body, your brain and your hearth work better.
It is really important. You will feel better if you have breakfast before starting the day.

Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast. Apart from providing us with energy, breakfast foods are good sources of important nutrients such as calcium, iron and B vitamins as well as protein and fibre. The body needs these essential nutrients.

It has been said and accepted by doctors that breakfast is the most essential meal of all, and it is a wise habit to have breakfast every day! Some people, just like me, like to skip this most important meal just because they do not have something to eat or do not have time to grab something to eat! This really affects our brain, because the brain needs something nutritious to feed on! If we do not usually have breakfast, our brain may not work as effectively as possible! Even worse, both of our physical and mental health can be gradually ruined! As a result, it is our own responsibility to have breakfast for fear that our beloved health will be destroyed!
