I try to smile when I face a difficult conversation.
However, I sometimes cannot control myself too.
I try to control my voice but I cannot control my facial.
However, I try to change my behavior. The experiences taught me to think more than speak. So I try to stay still amd think before speaking anything out.

Actually, I am a person who always faces with a difficult conversation.
So, what I always do is
1. Take a deep breath
2. Keep smile
3. Don't let the feeling confrom with the conversation
4. Think about the effectation after we use the emotional
5. Think that I'm good I'm OK I'm good
6. The last one is just let it go.

When I face the emotional situation or difficult conversation,I will try to speak as less as I can and smile more.I will think over and over again before speaking because I afraid that I will say something silly.When I feel like wanting to cry,I will avoid looking at others eyesights. These are the ways that I always use to control myself.
Similarly taking a deep breath can help as well.

Personally, I control my emotions by being in the present.

I avoid talking from my side in a situation which my opinion is apposed to the interlocutor whom I have a conversation with.
I respect his/her speech regarding of manners. Also, I won't talk behind him/her after the interlocution.

Well, I usually think of logic and reasons first when something is running out of control.
It is quite hard to do that, but I finally made it.
Anyway, I rarely get anger with someone when having a conversation.

I like a difficult test for controlling my emotion when I have a terrible conversation.

When I have a terrible conversation, I am just trying to end to that chat first. If it does not work at all. Deciding to negotiate with him or she is a better way to end the conversation smoothly. Three ways to control my emotions during a difficult conversation are being quiet, thinking about differences of people and trying to understand. It is quite hard to do it, but when I have this difficult thing coming in my life, I can do it. If I cannot, I try to talk softly and ask for the reasons and truth. Anyway thinking with a good positive thinking is very important and useful.

there are how to control my emotions during a difficult conversation. Firstly, I will be a good listener and listen yo their point of view. I will accept their understanding. I think different backgrounds are in different perspectives. I have to respect them. Second, I will solve the problems. I will try the best way of half from each other from my classmates. I love to share my ideas so I rarely have problems like this to my friends.

For me, I just end it and walk away from that.
Sometimes, we don't need to continue the conversation.
Find the way to end it. It may be better if it's ended.

The way to control me during the conversation is acting like a robot. The reason why I say that is that it is the best way that I can think of. When you are talking to someone, if you are having a hard time, just acting like a robot that shows no emotion. Talking with no emotion is a good way to speak if you want a flow of your words.

This is quite hard for me!
For me, the easiest way to control my emotion during the rough situation is to walk way.
If I cannot just walk a way then the only way for me is to be very very quiet!
It is hard for me during the rough situation to smile. My face expression will tell everything about my feeling so, walking away is the best way for me.

The way to control my anger during a difficult conversation is smiling and thinking positively.
I rarely face a difficult conversation much but I think I can control my feeling very well by using this way.
Anyway, If the conversation is hard to handle, I just try to find a way to end it.

I can say that I'm the one who cannot control my facial expression at all.
When I'm in a difficult situation or a difficult conversation, I have to try my best to smile.
If I cannot smile anymore, I will try to avoid the conversation and the person who talks with me.
Because If I stay in that conversation too long, I know that I will be shown my bad facial expression for sure.

Controlling emotions seems quite difficult for many people but for me, it is so easy.
When I run into a difficult conversation such as in group discussion, family talk, and so on, I will listen deeply to them and try to understand the purpose of the message that they want to convey to me. Furthermore, do not use feelings but use reason to solve the problems.

I think I will change a topic of conversation. The way to turn a topic of small talk is by trying to pick up the big theme or the topic of the small talk and then ask question with the same topic but with deeper substance.
