Do you like eating instant noodle?

I love to eat instant noodle even though know that it is not good for health .
The favorite taste of instant noodle for me is MAMA because I think it is the one that contain a lot of iron that
better than eat others brands. Eating instant noodle sometimes is not good, but if you have to eat it just choose
the one that contain more substance.

I'll enjoy eating instant noodle when it comes with other ingredients, such as meat, egg and vegetable.
I'm not enjoy eating only instant noodle, it's not a pleasing food anymore.
Only noodle and soup don't make you healthy.
I want to tell you that if you have to eat instant noodle, you should add any ingredients to make it better, for both tastes and nutrients.
