What do you when you want to sleep in the class?

When i'm sleepy in class, I will drink some coke or water.
Sometime i take the chewing gum when i'm study with Thai teacher because it's so impolite for foreign teacher.

If I want to sleep in the class, I will go out to have some walk and go to the toilet to wash my face.
Sometimes, I go out of the classroom and sit on the walkway to have a nap.

i always playing my phone. LOL
i don't have much things to do because i don't feel sleepy that much when i am in the class.
but when i do i always checking my phone and draw some ugly cartoon though.

I have to admit that I usually feel sleepy during the class. When I study too much or I don't get enough sleep, the classroom is my second bed. LOL However, there are some classes I cannot sleep at all especially TEFL2! What I always do is looking around and drinking lots of water. Do everything you can at that time to move the body. That can help!

Another way is I will drink a cup of coffee from 7-11.

I would drinking water. Drinking water throughout the day is a healthier option than coffee. Dehydration can lead to fatigue as it impacts the flow of oxygen to the brain. So fill up a bottle of water and stay hydrated to stay awake in class.

I usually wash my face and my arm when I want to sleep. Don't forget to drink water for refreshing our bodies. In some situations that I can't go outside, I will shake my legs to alarm myself to awake and pay attention to what I have to do.
