About me, I like listening to music and watch movies on Netflix. They help me

What I usually do to relax is listening to classical and jazz music on Youtube. It helps a lot! When I tired of anything, I just lay on my bed, close my eyes and listen to classical and jazz music. I do not think of anything when I listen to music.

I can explain this topic so well because I did a lot of relaxed things today exception doing home work hahahhahaha. Relaxing can recover your cells and emotions to get better. Everyday, when I get problem or trouble, I will go to watch YouTube and Dramas and have a shower then take a nap. Taking a nap is the best hobby for me. I can do relax all day and all night. I LOVE IT SO MUCH......

Other people may use music or movie for reducing stress. For me, cooking is the best way of relaxing and reducing stress. I feel comfortable when I'm in the kitchen. I do love the way I'm cooking, searching for the new recipes and giving foods for others. I think those of them is my happiness.

There are many ways to relax and relieve stress after having a hard time. For me, I do love to listen to my favorite song by my favorite artist, just listening to good music can change my mood immediately. I also like to eat some delicious food and snack especially chocolate. I think sweet stuff can help me lower my stress and makes me relax. Another good way to relax for me is sleeping. There is nothing to think about, just leaving everything behind you and enjoy your sleeping.

Playing games is the best way to relax. Games help me find peace and joyful at the same time. If you try playing a farm game or building game, you will get a lot of satisfied in there. An action game is fun but has a little problem with violence scene that not good for kids to play. Finally, playing games is not the best choice to choose for relaxing but temporarily relieve you.

Usually I relax myself by watching some funny clips on Youtube as well as interesting films on Netflix. On the othe hands, I eliminate my tension by shopping online or go shopping at shopping mall. When I go shopping and spend money I will think about money in my pocket instead of tension back then. Moreover, eating a delicious meal is another choice for self-relaxtion!!

Personally, I do have two ways to relax myself!
The first one, Sleeping is one of my activities that I like to do to relax myself. In the past, I did think that sleeping would not help to relax myself at all but for now it really does.
Second, I like to listen to musics and sing sings to relax myself.
When ever I feel uncomfortable I will just listen to music and listen to my favorite songs.
