There are both advantages and disadvantages of drinking coffee.
Coffee can make us awake and have the energy to do a lot of things during the day.
However, drinking too much coffee can make our hearth beat faster. It is dangerous for our health.

I asked my Chemistry teacher when I was young about the
bad consequences of drinking coffee and she answered "nothing".
If you don't mind about the sugar, drinking coffee is not too bad.

Personally, it has two sides. It is quite hard to choose only one sidd. In short term, it is good because it helps me survive from sleeping. However, long-term life it is quite bad. Even if we drink coffee we are alive, but we are not active enough. In my point of view, coffee is good because diseases are caused by many reasons not only coffee.

Coffee has both a good side and a bad side drinking it. It is good for me when I need to stay awake in the morning or when I want to concentrate on something. The bad side is that it contains caffeine which is not good for our health in longterm.

Drinking coffee provides good and bad for your health. Coffee is one of the effective energy drinks for me. I usually drink it when I have morning classes or when I want to reboot my energy after a hard-working. I prefer to drink it just a cup of coffee per day to keep benefits to your health.

I was a person who usually drink coffee in a day. Now, I rarely drink coffee.
I have known that drinking coffee has negative effects to our health in long terms.
Two years ago, I had a problem with my sleep and I found that it was a result of drinking coffee.
So, at present I rarely drink coffee. If it is necessary, I may drink it.
Anyway, it can help my feel awake in every morning.

For me, drinking coffee is good for waking me up in the morning but drinking too much can cause a disadvantage to your body. Therefore, If you want to drink coffee, you should drink it properly in each day so you will get more benefits than disadvantages.

In my opinion, I would like to say that I do like drinking a cup of coffee every day. I often drink
some coffee when I fell asleep during the day. It helps wake me up from asleep. Actually, we
cannot drink some coffee too much.

In my opinion, I think coffee has both advantages and disadvantages.
Advantage of coffee is Caffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter in your brain, which causes a stimulant effect.
This improves energy levels, mood and various aspects of brain function.
The disadvantage of coffee is caffeine in coffee can be addictive, coffee may interact badly with medications and bad of coffee could be toxic.

Because I am not a girl who drinks coffee.
I can not drink it because it is not tasty and I hate the smelling of coffee.

I think it's good for some points but I have read from the magazine that doctors warned people to avoid coffee because it might increase the risk of heart disease and stunt growth. They worried that people could become addicted to the energy that high amounts of caffeine provided, leading them to crave more and more coffee as they became tolerant of higher amounts of caffeine. Experts also worried that coffee had damaging effects on the digestive tract, which could lead to stomach ulcers, heartburn, and other ills.

For me, Coffee is good for health. It’s also high in antioxidants, which are known to fight oxidative damage that can cause cancer.
Coffee may even help you live longer.

I think drinking coffee has a good benefit at some points.
But there are many bad benefits also. You get addicted to coffee if you are having coffee everyday. That is not good to your body at all.

There is a lot of good and bad effect of drinking coffee.
For me, drinking coffee in a moderate amount is good.
Drinking coffee makes me still alive. For now, I can say that for me "NO COFFEE NO LIFE."

I'm a person who usually drinks coffee. So, I think drinking coffee has both advantage and disadvantage. For the advantages are that it can help to stay alert, lose weight, boost brain, boost performance, and so on. For the disadvantages are it can cause insomnia and it can be toxic if you drink a lot. It will be bad if you drink it a lot. It will be good if you drink the right amount of coffee.

Like so many foods and nutrients, too much coffee can cause problems, especially in the digestive tract. But studies have shown that drinking up to four 8-ounce cups of coffee per day is safe. So, it depends on how much you have it!

I think drinking coffee is not bad. Contrasting with the studies that I have ever read, a bottle of green tea has more caffeine more than coffee. A funny thing is I always drink both of them LOL. But I don't care about those caffeine, because I would exercise! Then I never start it yet.

I don't really drink coffee but as what others mentioned, it has it's ups and downs. Caffeine is good to increase your energy because it's a "pick-me-up" kind of drug found in coffee and tea which helps you wake up or give that burst of energy. But then there's the bad side because caffeine can be an addictive drug that will cause people to consume so much coffee or tea that it will ruin their health.

For me, I think it is good to drink coffee because coffee gives me energy to do the work.
However, I do not drink it too much because it is not good for health.
