How oftten do you donate your blood?

Personally, I always donate my blood.
Whenever I see the blood donation even if it is in the hospital or not, I always join it.
Until now, I have done 12 times of blood donating.
I also have a goal of donation which is 36 times

I felt good every time when I donate my blood for the one who really needs it.
It's the way of giving.

To be honest, I could say that the current time that I donated my blood is six months ago. Moreover, it is the first time of mine.
However, I would like to donate more if I can, but the reason that I cannot donate my blood is the amount of my sleeping time and my eating habits. So I will try to donate again.
