For me, I like both of them. Milk is very important for everyone if you eat not too much.
Soy milk is very important for someone who allergic milk. I think milk and soy milk are delicious!!!

I prefer milk because I don't like the taste of soy milk.
I think it is too weird. The cow's milk is very smooth and soft.
However, I cannot drink too much because it make me full quickly.

I drink both soy and cow milk. But if I can then I would say my favourite is almond milk (even though it's super expensive). I drink soy and use cow milk for other things such as cereal or use it for making scramble eggs or even for oatmeals. But sometimes I do drink the milk straight but most of the time I drink soy milk and cow milk for other purposes or as an add-on.

For me, I prefer drinking milk to soy milk because milk has more benefits than soy milk.
Milk has higher protein and other neutrian than soy milk.
Another reason is I have drunk milk since I was young.

Personally, I like milk. I think milk have a better taste than soy milk.
Even though I like milk but milk is fatter and hard to digest than soy milk so I have to avoid drinking milk.
