What is your favorite Thai food?

I am mostly into the south. These dishes are not likely to be found outside of Thailand. My favorite southern dish is Kua kling moo. It is a dry minced pork south curry dish mixed with chilis, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves. This dish can be found in any authentic south restaurant of South Thailand but once again you won’t find this dish in a Touristic restaurant as the Thai think it is too spicy for foreigners. It is usually served with steamed rice.

Actually, I am a person who loves Thai food. I like 3 types of Thai food there are SomTam(papaya salad) I like it because it easy to cook and good taste for me I can choose a spicy level that I love.
The second is TomYam especially Tom-Yam-Kung because it is delicious I can put many things into it such as mushrooms, fish, chicken, octopus also shrimp. The last is Yam (salad).

My favorite Thai food is  Pork Panang Curry. When I go home, my mom always does it for me. I rarely have it at restaurants or outside.

I would say we can start with the soft one becuase Tomyumkung is quite spicy. I think eating Thai food not only delicious, but also

I like lotus stem with steamed mackerel in coconut soup or Kaeng Sai Bua. It is my favourite dish from my granny. She cooked it so good. Unfortunately, she passed away for ten years and I have never found anyone or any restaurant cooking this dish as delicious as she did. I miss her cooking so much.

I would say I am not the person who likes eating spicy food, but a lot of Thai food is spicy lol. So, I would choose to eat a curry instead.
