Personally, I like both.
It depends on what I want to eat that day.
If today, I would say rice.

I would say I prefer noodles to rice because of noodles usually come up with soup.
When I have a meal, I have to eat soup. Having soup with my meal, that's perfect.

I cannot live without rice. I prefer rice to noodles.
I like eating rice with everything especially fried egg.
Eating rice is last longer in my tummy than eating noodles.

Well, I prefer noodles to rice. I enjoy eating noodles so much.
I would say I love many types of noodle dishes but if I have to choose only a few of them, I will choose Spicy Tom Yam pork noodle soup with lemongrass, chilly pasted and lime juice. It's so tasty! I can eat every!

Rice!! I like to have noodles sometimes. I am really quickly getting bored of noodles. For rice meals, I rarely get bored of rice because rice is the main one but there are many food which can eat together. I usually order the rice which other food because it consumes few of time.

Both of them give us carbohydrates. Personally, I prefer noodles to rice. I have heard that eating noodles is better with the assumption that the calorie intake is not as high as rice. I love how noodles easy and quick to cook.

It depends on the situation. If I am hungry I will choose rice because the rice can make me full but noodles can't.
Sometimes I am not hungry I would like to choose noodle because it has good taste.
Sometimes I can't choose I like to order two manus rice and noodle can make me very full.
