I would like to share my technique improving my English skills to you. First of all, I want to tell you that starting with “listening” is the best way to improve my English skills for me. Before we could speak, read, or write, we need to listen first. Then, after listening is enough, I would try to speak. I have learned from Youtube everyday. You can use my technique if you want to.

In my own way, I can not call it is a technique.
It is just a way to have a long memory for it.
When I have learned about new vocabulary or new structure.
I will try to use it as much as I can.
Such as, in my essay, assignment, or conversation.
It seems effective to me.

Personally, I enhance my English skills by listening to English songs, watching English movies with no subtitles and watching news report by English language from NBT and Thai PBS TV channels. It would make me a lot improving my listening skills. It is the most important skill for English language learners.

I think when we learn our native language, first we listen, then we speak, then we read and finally we write. Listening, speaking, reading and writing are the four language skills we need to develop for complete communication.
