Sports are the easiest and convenient ways for very good physical and mental exercise.
For me, I love to play any kind of sport. After class, I love to spend time with friends practicing badminton.
Playing badminton is makes me relaxed. I do like badminton so much!

Yes, I do . I love to go jogging in the evening. When I have free time i always go jogging. Every time I go jogging my time is 40 minutes per 5 kilometres. Another part of go jogging I like to do yoka on my room.

Yes, i do. I play some sports.
For example, i can play basketball. I am actually not good at playing it but i usually practice when i have time. However, i enjoy playing basketball so much, especially when i play with my family and older brothers.
