Foe me, i would say 'Water'. All the time. I drink a lot of water no matter where I am, what time of the day or night it is, or what I’m doing.
And another drink is chocolate though. I can drink coaco for 2 drink per day. LOL

To be honest, I have many favourite drinks. I usually drink them depending on my feelings. When I just finish exercising, I always drink sparkling water. This kind of water reboot my freshness and can get rid of heat. On the other hand, if I just finish the class, I usually drink a bottle of Pepsi because sugar can boost up me feelings. However, drinking water is the best drink!

I absolutely love green tea, especially, green tea frappe. I like drinking green tea frappe instead of hot or cold green tea. Whenever I go to a coffee shop or a cafe, I always order this menu. I really love its taste and its smell. Green tea frappe always makes me feel good and relaxed. I really would like to drink it all day all night!

I do love Iced Soy Latte with no syrup.
Sometimes When I am on diet, I will order Iced Americano.
Apart from coffee, chocolate is another choice for me.

Personally, I love drinking Jasmine tea.
Jasmine tea is tea scented with the aroma of jasmine blossoms.
Typically, jasmine tea has green tea as the tea base.

My favorite drink is milk. The reason why I love milk is that I want to strengthen my bone like a metal. I drink milk to harden my bone because I am now practicing Karate. In Karate, I have to have strong bones so that I can break anything such as bricks. Milk can heal and gives calcium to my damaged bone from training. I drink this so that I can become stronger.

Personally, I always order mutcha green tea when I geeting tristy or tired. It is my favorite drink ever. I can have 2-3 cup a day. However,
I wouldn't recommend you to do like me. Just a cup of it for a day is ok because there is a lot of sugar and cafeiine there. Drinking green tea is
good for relaxing and refreshing but too much of it ccan cause diabetes and high blood pressure.
