How would you explain your basic life philosophy?

My life philosophy is that no one is perfect. I mean the people I work with, sometimes, they cannot do as my expectation or someone let me down, I just tell myself that we are the same, we are not perfect. Moreover, I have learned about forgiveness. When someone lets me down, I learn to forgive them. I know that sometimes we need to be strict, but too much strict makes me stressed. So, I better let things go and start again.

Well, I'm not a philosopher myself but here is one. Everything has consequences, I'm not talking about god or religion or anything like that but I am talking about whether you did something good or bad it always affects people or sometimes affects yourself.
