It is an interesting question! For me, I prefer both of them, it's depends on the situation.
If I want to read something or do homework, I prefer a quiet coffee shop.
However, if I want to hang out with my friends, I prefer a pub to a coffee shop.

For me, I like both. I choose according to my mood.
Whenever I want to have fun, I go hang out with my friends.
But when I want to rest, I would choose to go to a coffee shop to sit and read a book or do homework there.

However, I prefer coffee shop to pub.
I like coffee shop because I love Matcha green tea.
Moreover, I can read a book and do my homeworh there.

I choose a coffee shop instead of a pub because I like the atmosphere of a coffee shop.
The smell of coffee and milk can make me feel really relaxed and enjoyable.
I like to go there to do my assignments with my friends or just hanging out with them.

I would say I like a coffee shop.
Personally, I love drinking coffee so it is good to me to choose a coffee shop.
Smelling a good coffee smell can makes me feel better every time I feel sleepy.
So there is no reason that I won't choose a coffee shop.

I proudly to say I prefer going to coffee shop more than pub. Actually, I have never gone to pub in my life because I am under 20 years old LOL (but I am going to be 20 soon in November this year). My favorite menu when I went to coffee shop is iced milk with whipcream. I REALLY LOVE it! For dessert, I usually order toast with butter and Sweetened condensed milk. Hopefully, you will enjoy drinking and eating like me.

I prefer coffee shops to pubs because I do not like to drink outside. The coffee shop can be the rendezvous for meeting friends or the working place of the small group. I do not claim that the coffee shop is better than the pub. It just suits me more!

I like both!! But I like to go to the coffee shop more. At the coffee shop I can go to work. Including eating sweets, but at the pub, I can't do these things because the pub is noisy And for me, the pub is a place to drink.

To be honest, I prefer coffee shops to pubs because I don’t like drinking alcohol.
I seldom go to pubs because I don’t like the atmosphere. I will go there in special occasions only.
For coffee shops, I can go and find something to eat and drink many times a day if I have enough money. lol

I like both pubs and cafes, which depends on the purpose.
If I go to work or chat with friends, I will choose to go to a coffee shop.
but if I go to dance or drink, I will go to the pub.
It depends on the purpose of going there and depending on the time.

Coffee shops would be the best for me.
I do not like crowded people and also I do not like to drink.
So, Pub is not my choice but for some reasons, I also want to experience pubs for some times.
I love coffee especially Latte' so, it would be better to have Latte' and chill at the coffee shop.

I like the coffee shop rather than a pub!!!
I can say easily that the pub has nothing in my life.
I don't like to waste my money on alcohol or jolly place like that.
I feel it's dangerous. I hate it.

For me, I prefer going to a coffee shop. Although I love a pub, I would say I sometimes get bored when I go to this place.
I love silent and the coffee shop is my thing. That's why I really love a coffee shop. I normally go to the coffee shop four times a week.

I like to go to a coffee shop. I go to coffee shop around twice a week, my favorite coffee shop is Sweet me.
The shop with the drink there are quite cheap comparing to other shops around there. I like cocoa milk and matcha green tea so much.

I like to go to a coffee shop because I like to spend my time with dessert and drinks in the coffee shop. I always working at the coffee shop because I can work and eat at the same time. I coffee shop so much!! I suggest you that when you want to relaxing or working coffee shop is an interesting way.

I like both of them but I prefer to go to coffee shop. I am actually a student who can't really study in a quiet place. I know, it's odd, but it helps me to study in a loud place. So I often hit the coffee shops like Starbucks or Sweet me when I'm trying to study. So on regular basis, I spend about 4-6 hours at a coffee shop.

I prefer to go to coffee shop. There are comfortable chair, table with air-condition. I can take my laptop to do lots of homework there. I can spend time there worthy.
There are also lots of nice drinks that i can enjoy with.

I am here to say that I like both. It depends on the time and situation. I go to coffee shop when I want to study for the exams or I just want to relax myself with peace. Coffee shop provides the quiet atmosphere so I can read books or study for the teat. For the pub, I like to go there to hang out with my friends. My friends and me can talk anything and no one cares about us. I like dancing as well.
