The thing that I will always do when I get bored is listening to sounds of rain is one of my relaxations. I like listening to rain sounds when I go to the bed in the sleeping time. It can also support me to fall asleep easily because I am focusing on the raindrop’s sounds as counting sheep. While you are counting on numbers or sheep, it helps you to forget the terrible thinking in your head. Although this technique happens only in the rainy season, I can open the sounds of rain on the mobile phone. There are many types of the rain’s sound and I always click on my most favorite type that helps me sleep rapidly.
