When I get the troubles and problems, I go to the best where for me. The best plAce for me is bathroom. Having at least fifteen minutes in shower time, it can help me to reduce stress levels greatly and my brain can effectively work better. For example, while I am having a shower, I figure out my new ideas for the projects rapidly. So, taking the bath is one of the best methods to reduce my stressed feeling.

Personally, my room is the place where I relax myself. I can do whatever I want to in my room. If I want to listen to some music, I just turn on some music on Youtube. If I want to watch some movies, I just access on the internet with my laptop as well. Apart from that, if I am hungry, I can cook some my favorite dish in my room. Sometimes, I do exercise such as yoga in my room as well.
