Do you prefer working in a team or alone?

I prefer working in a team to working alone. It is a chance to learn how to cooperate with others which is one of the most important skills in this time. However, there is no problem working independently. I’m happy to work alone.

To be very honest, I prefer working both individual and team. It depends on task which I obtain. Some tasks, I prefer to work as individual because I want to concentrate with my own. I don't want someone to interrupt my work! In other words, some tasks, I need someone to help to accomplish the task. I can learn how to work with others. Sometimes, I can learn how to deal with others while doing task. So, it depends on my work.

I would say I used to love working in team but at this time, I like working alone. Although working in team has a lot of advantages such as more ideas and opportunities to learn another skills from someone, some disadvantages of working in team makes me want to work individually. For example, someone try to impose their judgements. It is like a working with a boss not a team. So, in order to imposing ideas above that of other, right now, I prefer working alone.

To be honest, I love working alone. Working alone can be done very quickly. I can decide what to do by myself. I don't like to work in a group because I don't want to drag anybody down because of me. I feel very sad if I do not do my job very well enough so my friends in a group will lose the points because of me. If I work alone and no matter what the points will be, I will not regret it. However, working in a group encourages me to think more critically.
