Milk is an ideal ingredient in every household. Some drink milk just after they get up while some
like to drink it before they go to bed. It has an array of nutrients that are beneficial for the body.

Personally, I drink milk every single day. I always drink as a breakfast, because it is easy to have something to eat before early class. I always drink milk with bread which makes me full for a while. I do love yogurt milk so much, especially combining with strawberry flavor. Sometimes, I drink soy milk as well. It is not good and bad for me. I can drink all types of milk!!

My close friend usually buys fresh soy milk for me so that I have soy milk to drink almost everyday.
I love drinking it due to its advantages to my body. Moreover, warm milk can preventme from insomnia.

When I was a primary school, I drank milk every day. I loved it so much because my parents always told me that if I drank milk, I would grow up taller. However, at present, I hardly drink milk because a glass of Pepsi is more alluring. LOL Actually, I drink a glass of milk when I skip my breakfast.
