For me, my ideal teacher should be
1. On time because I don't really like teacher who cme to the class late, it waste student's time.
2. Kind because most of student love teacher who is kind to them.
3. Energisetic teacher should be satiation person.
4. Open-minded because teacher should accept the differences of students.
5. Multi tasking because a great teacher should montitor and handle with other works.

Ideally and factually, I think teachers should possess these characteristics. They include...
- having various effective classroom management;
- being able to handle many things happening in the classroom at once;
- having the ability to come up with innovative approaches of teaching appropriate to their student level;
- encouraging and inspiring students;
- being a good role model;
- devoting their time to student improvement;
- having a tact;
- being a wise problem solver.
There are many of them to be regarded as good teachers!

-  The teacher should be Open - minded. 
-   The teacher should understand students.

- Be On-time: teachers should be role models for students so they should be on time when go to class to teach students.
