I like Isaan sausages. This yummy sausage is one of my favorite street foods. Also one of the most common.
The Isaan sausage brings a unique sour taste brought about by the fermenting of pork and sticky rice roll together in a cabbage leaf, pop in your mouth. It is amazing!!

Well, I actually love Esan cuisine, especially Nam Tok Moo and Papaya salad. It's quite difficult to choose only one menu since these two menus are my most preference.
Nam Tok with sticky rice is really such a great menu. It's very tasty!
Papaya salad is also a great menu in the world. lol Even it is spicy, I still love to eat it.

I would say that Larb is my favourite Isan Food.
Pork skin is the best in Larb.
When I go back home, I usually ask my mom to cook Larb for me.
But do not put to much chilli because I cannot eat spicy food!

Nam Tok Moo combines tasty grilled pork with delicious laab flavors.
