What would you make if you had to cook for your family for a day?

If I had to do so, a dish of omelette would be the dish I would make for my family for breakfast! Hahaha To make the dish of omelette appears easy for me! Since it is the only menu I can cook well, I think I should make it more palatable with more special ingredients! For lunch, I think I should make a dish of papaya salad for my mum because she usually eats papaya salad with other menus in every meal of hers. Ultimately, I would make steamed fish and various kinds of vegetables for our dinner! I have told you my intentions already! What about you? What would you make? Well, for our breakfast, I will make Bamboo shoot spicy salad because it is one of my father's favorite dish. He often makes it for our breakfast so I have learned how to cook this menu. In the afternoon, I would love to make a spicy papaya salad and bamboo shoot soup for my lovely mom. The bamboo shoot is my parents' favorite vegetable. Finally, I would make Koi Kung for our dinner. Kkk That's a cool question! If I had to cook for my family, I would cook them omelette. Actually, when I am at home, I'm often asked to cook because my parents, when coming back from work, are so tired that they don't want to do anything. Due to that, I am the only one who can cook because my sister cannot. LOL Cooking an omelette is easy. However, to make it special is not simple because it's a basic dish. If I have a chance to do this, I will cook my favorite dishes for them. Those food are omelette, fried kale with crispy pork, stir-fried mushrooms, and pork soup with tofu.
All of them are the food that I have learned how to cook them from my parents. Anyway, I have not learned how to cook papaya salad from my parents, because of its steps and ingredients.
By the way, I really love cooking. I have learned how to cook when I was just around 10 years old. At that time, the first dish that I've cooked is stir-fried Thai basil with minced pork.
