How are the meals cooked by mom?

I've not eaten any dishes cooked by my mom since I was seven years old. Now, I can't imagine that how the dishes are, and I hope I'll have a chance to eat her dishes again.
Even though it's so difficult to happen, I think It will be a very wonderful time if it heppen.

I would say my mom cooking is the best. When I was very young, my mom always cook meals for me. My favorite menu is fried rice. I always say to my mom that another fried rice from another cooking is delicious but my mom fried rice is the best and unique that I can't find the taste that make me feel like my mom cooking. For now, I hardly ever eat her fried rice but I found one restaurant that really makes fried rice taste like my mom did. Then I'm so happy about that.
