For me, I really love running. I used to wake up early to go jogging in Sanam Daeng. I used to run 5 kilometers a day.
But now I am not running anymore because I don't have enough time to sleep.

Yes, I like running in the morning more than in the afternoon. Running starts my day well and running after a busy day makes running seem a little more like a chore because I have to shower a second time.
And I like running with friends and teammates more than running alone. The time passes much faster when I have someone to talk to.

no, i don't. LOL even though my trainer try to convice me to run all the time.
i don't like to run because it is very tired to do.
when i run, i feel like i am going to die thoough. LOL
that's why when my trainer give me a choice, i always choose to spin instead of run.

Yes! In my opinion, I think runnig is an easy exercise. You don't need much just sneakers! Then you can run wherever you want in the public park or around your house. I used to run in the public park in the evening. The evening and morning are the best proper time which you should go out for running.
