When I need to create PowerPoint for my presentations or instructions, I often have problems and limitations for some functions on the program.
Sometimes, I waste time and need to use a mouse for the functions because I don't know keyboard shortcuts for them. It maybe better if I know more about the shortcuts.

I have so many keyboard short cuts for using in many programs.
1. Ctrl+N: Create a new presentation.
2. Ctrl+O: Open an existing presentation.
3. Ctrl+S: Save a presentation.
4. F12 or Alt+F2: Open the Save As dialog box.
