I love this question! To love "myself" is so easy. I know myself as well, so I usually remind myself that do not compare myself with each other, otherwise, I will not be happy at all. Then, I usually take care of myself by eating benefit food such as healthy food, vegetables, and fruits. When I get stressed, I do not let myself in that feeling so long. I get out of that area/zone, then make myself relax by listening to classical music.
