Absolutely you should learn how to cook. Firstly because it means you don't have to be dependent like a child upon others for your daily meals. Secondly, because you can learn to cook meals which are delicious to your own tastes and unobtainable in any other way. Thirdly because women are rightly impressed by men who can cook them delicious meals. Fourth, should you become a parent, sharing meal making duties shares the family workload and gives you an opportunity to be more of direct use as a parent to your children.

Absolutely. It's a survival skill. It has nothing to do with you being a male or a female.
Cooking for me is a hobby. I can cook for hours. Good food at the end of it is just a bonus because I actually enjoy the process. But it's not everyone's cup of tea, I understand.
I really learned how to cook when I lived by myself in a different country. It was expensive to eat out all the time and I didn't like the food they had. So I was forced to cook for myself.

Everyone can cook, it's a basic skill that help you to survive.

In my opinion, I think cooking should not depend on gender.
If men can cook it is great equally if women can cook it is also good.
I think like this because I cannot cook well. I will not judge anybody.

In my point of view, cooking is not for woman or men. It can be cooked by anyone who want to and who like to. I will say I'm not good at cooking , I usually cook for simple menus. Then I don't want to say men need to be able to cook but he can cook it is okay.
