How often do you take a shower per day?

Just two times a day is enough.
I don't want to over-wash because I think over-washing causes 'defatting' of the skin – getting rid of the natural body oils we produce to protect the skin cells. This can cause actual damage making them more permeable to bacteria or viruses, precipitating itchy skin, dryness, flakiness and worsening conditions like eczema.

For me, I always take a shower for 3 times.
So if I did not take a shower in evening, I did not sleep well!
Over-wash is the bad thing for me. Right?
But I have ever heard someone take a shower only 1 time per day!

First time is after I wake up and second time is before I go to bed.
If that day I don’t take a shower before go to bed, I would not sleep at that night.

The first time is after you wake up. You should take a shower because it helps you getting fresh in the morning and to start the day.
Then the second time is after a long day. This is because you went outside doing stuffs. You might get dirty or get bacteria from outside. This can prevent you from sickness.
