I think it could be both good and bad.
If you drink black coffee with no sugar, it helps your digestion very well.
If you drink coffee too much, it can cause heart attack because of too much caffeine.
Too less or too much of anything never bring any good.

For me, I don't drink coffee because I can't stand with it smell. It's too deep for me. By the way, my friends usually have it when we have to stay up late.
I can stay up late without any coffee so I don't have to use it. There are many benefits to drink coffee but I don't drink it so I'm not interested in those benefits.
