In my opinion, the way to make my life happy are being a positive thinking person.
When some one talk bad to me, rude. I just thing it's sound of bird or wind and I don't keep it in to my mind.
Bring the past as a lesson to improve my self.
Go out to some where that you never go before. You will get new idea, new friend.
Finally, do what you want to do. It will make your life happy.
Don't worry about the result just do your best then you life will be happy.

I would say that the way to make my life happy is to train my mind to think positively.

Being a positive thinking person is my answer.
It obviously shows me how it works in many cases. If we always think negatively, Our life will full of depression. Then, I think we should have a golden mean for everything. If we can manage our thought to think positively. I strongly believe that we will have more happiness in our life.

Happiness is not short term: If you break a leg permanently in an accident today, you'll be sad. But as long as your condition doesn't deteriorate, you'll get used to it, and soon your happiness levels would come back to the same as before the accident. Same thing with winning a lottery - you'll buy yourself things that you'll get used to pretty quickly, and your happiness levels would be the same as before the win.

The best way is to do what you want to do but not to make others feel bad about it!
Eat what you want to eat or think about something happy.
I think it's so easy to have a happy life.

Talking with friends makes me happy. When I talk to somebody who understands me very well and who can support me and help me whenever I need – this is true happiness. I think we are social animals, so these social connections will help satisfy my emotional needs.

Avoid negative thoughts.
Stop thinking only of bad things, get rid of fears, try to be an optimist.
Avoid negative topics for discussing and know. All of this can make you depressed and not happy at all.

It is very easy but I cannot guarantee that it is easy to do.
First, love yourself by eating a good food, doing an exercise and giving yourself a time to rest
Second, Have a good mindset, No matter what your life is very suck if you have a good attitude, you can be very happy
Third, Surrounded yourself by positive people and try to avoid a negative one.

First, To make myself happy, I try to not compare myself with other people. It is so hard to do but if you can do it, you will happy with your own life. people have different conditions and abilitis. The last thing is be optimistic person. Just try to find a good thing in a bad situation. Positive thinking can help to get an idea or a solution of a problem. Thus, how to make mysef happy are do not compare myself with others and positive thinking.
