I find some food for eat and listen a new from Youtube or sometimes in facebook.

I always check my phone when I wake up.
After that I'll go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face, go back to the bed, check the phone again and then I'll take a shower.
It's such a unproductive habit.

I usually listen to music after I woke up. Music is my life. When I listen to music, I feel very relax and bracing. It made me feel I'm ready to start  a day or do any activity in that day. Also sometimes I drink some water and take a shower. Water can help me feel good and bracing too.
If I don't feel relax or bracing, I won't want to do anything accept sleeping.
So I have to start the day by somethings that are bracing.

After that, I go to take a shower and do my skincare routine. Before leaving the room, I always drink a glass of water to refresh myself. Anyways, my morning routine depends on waking up time. If I wake up late, I have to be hurry. But grabbing the phone is always my first thing to do after I wake up.
