For me, Go to bed early and wake up early. There is nothing more refreshing then early morning breeze after a good night's sleep. Don’t be a loner, chill out with friends and finally, help Others. Helping others makes my life more beautiful and satisfying.

No one feels fantastic all the time. We feel a wide range of emotions. Happiness is not about trying to feel joyful all the time or denying negative emotion. Here are 3 simple habits to help you feel happier:
1. Express motion when you feel it
2. Don't leave yourself hanging
3. Lend someone a hand

These are the ways I like to do to help me feel happier.
1. Go to the cinema and also buy a popcorn and soft drink too.
2. Eat good food.
3. Sleeping; Do nothing is the best way to relax myself.

For me, there are three habits to help me feel happier...
1. I will eat everything that I want to eat.
2. I will listen to music and watch fun videos.
3. I will go to Keang Lerng Chan to cycling.

These three are my favorite activities.

Well... The three ways that make me feel happier from the bad situation, I would like to say drawing, listening to music, and sleeping. Those things are the ways that make me feel happier. I usually sleeping when I got the bad feeling, it likes I escaped from the reality for mins and prepared myself to fight with it again. Drawing helps me happier too, but I am must be in a right mood LOL.

The three happy habits which I always do are eating, watching, and reading.
Eating is a very simple habit which I do the first step.
I will eat and watch together because they can make me joyful.
For reading, I do this activity when I want to gain knowledge and pleasure.
These three habits can lead me happy all the time.

1. Don't overthink everything.
2. Taking a deep breath.
3. Going to sleep

The simple habit to help me feel happier as follows: first, I like watching movies on the netflix because of watching the movies can heal my body and mind better. Second, I like hanging out alone to be with natural that I favorite. Last, I love sleeping when I would like to be happier which sleeping, I don’t need to over think.
