In my opinion, if I can’t sleep at night, I will find out something to watch.
Another one, I will listen to my favorite song that makes me feel sleepy.

For me, if I can’t sleep at night.
I will turn on the lullaby or the rainy sound that my friend suggested me.
When I get sleepy, I will turn it off and then sleep.

I love this question soooooo much.
Because every night, I find it hard to sleep.
I usually listen to the podcast.
It does help me a lot!
I immediately slept when I listened to the podcast lol.

I usually play the songs.
When I can't sleep at night, I love to play the acoustic song or song that slow and relax.
I never play hip-hop or EDM songs before sleep that won't make me sleep.

Commonly, I'm a person who is easily asleep but, somtimes, it's difficult to sleep if I have many things to think.
The best way to solve this problem for me is that I always listen to relaxing musics or read textbooks.

Personally, if I can not sleep at night, I will listen to my favorite song and marks my face.
I think when I do this way I feel relaxed. I can sleep deeply.

When I struggle with insomnia, I will listen to white noise or sleeping songs on Youtube. It can help you initially. I'll suggest the nature sound for you.
It's a kind of white noise. Using this way is safe more than taking pill or any chemical to help you to sleep well.

First thing to do is leave off your phone if you want to sleep. Don't let your mind busy itself in replying or scrolling. Instead, replace it by a less stressful activity like reading or listening to music while telling yourself that this is to put to sleep.

I do many activities at night when I can't sleep.
For example, I usually read books, watching movie, watching Youtube, watching cartoon,reading cartoon and watching ASMR videos.
And I want to recommend you some technique if you can't sleep, that is watching ASMR videos.
It can help you a lot,proving by my own experience.

I usually do is find something to watch or to read.
YouTube is my favorite application for finding things to watch and
Listening to the ghost radio on this application can make me fall asleep very well.

If I cannot sleep at night I usually watch a movie.
Besides, listening to music can make me calm and feel sleepy.
But that case about unable to go to sleep does not happen to me that much.

When I cannot sleep at night I always listen to asmr or the nature sounds, such as the rain, the sea sound, or the sound of the wind in the wild.
This help me feel better and less my stress so well.
I always listened to them every night when I was in the second year, because I had many stress from work.

I will get up, leave the bedroom, and do something relaxing,
such as reading, drinking a cup of herbal tea, or taking a bath.
When I feel sleepy, I go back to bed.

When I cannot sleep at night, I go traveling on the internet such as Facebook, Instagram, including Twitter. Besides, I listen to the ghost story on youtube to create the scary atmosphere for sleeping. Also, I watch movies on netflix to make me sleep at night. Those activities cannot help me anyway. I frequently sleep in the morning.

What I usually do is finding something to watch or to read.
YouTube is my favorite application for finding things to watch and listening to the ghost story channels on this application can make me fall asleep very well.
Moreover, twitter is a good application to help us also.

I usually watch a movie. I don’t know why; I easily fall sleep when I watch somethings on mobile phone. Maybe, my eyes get hurt.
Another way is no matter what happens, just trying to sleep! Lol.
