I don't know it can be called a quote but it's from the novel 'The Great Gatsby'
Nick said his father told him ' Always look at the good side of people'.
That is struck in my head so much, and I think it's too because people always have two side. We chose find the good side of them.

It is a fact acknowledged indefinitely that it is not possible for all to have a potential of similar nature. Different upbringing, culture, environment comes together to facilitate the ability of an individual thereby making him realize his self-worth. You cannot uproot an individual from his zone of excellence and rather test him on an absolutely different zone. That would not only be undermining but also overlooking the genius hidden in her/him.

My favorite quote is "Do that you like, and love what you do"
I see this quote from Bang Yonguk From B.A.P
It has a good meaning that If you do something that you like, you must to love what you did.
Because something that you have done it's caused by you doing what you like.
