Human beings probably danced even before there was a word for it. Rhythmic bodily movement is instinctive. It connects people, even if unconsciously, to the rhythms of nature. Dance springs from a human desire for personal expression and social connection. and it feels good. People dance for all kinds of reasons - to mourn, to celebrate, to heal, to give thanks, to preserve cultural heritage and treasured legends, to demonstrate physical prowess, to assert individuality, to provoke and to entertain.

I'm the one who love dancing, I dance in many style of dancing, Folk dance, pop dance and atc. For me, dance is a complete escape. From talking to my fellow dancers in the Ballroom Dance Company, I get a sense it is very much the same for them. The first cause is they want to relax from working hard and studying hard also dancing is traditional for some countries in the world such as Thailand, Brazil.
