What is your favorite food?

I am a cheese lover and my favorite food is cheese. I love the taste of cheese and like all the dishes made from cheese such as, pizza, cheesy chicken, or baked spinach with cheese, which are mostly made from cheese. Whenever I find something to eat, these menus always come up in my mind. I really can not explain how much I love cheese but I could have them every day.

Honestly, I still love eating Isan food. There are many dish I like but, in this post, I will tell my favorite Isan food. My dish is papaya salad. I like it the most because I like a texture of pickled fish and several types of papaya salad. It also has some pieces of papaya that either crispy or fresh.

Nam Tok Moo combines a slice of tasty grilled pork with delicious laab flavors.
The tastes are extremely spicy and sour. It make foods more unique.

Ground chicken with holy basil is counted ass one of my favorite foods which I always eat is the most. When I have a chance, I always cook this menu because I love the taste of it. My favorite food is Thai Muslim Curry or as you know well Massaman. I used to eat it when I was grade 7, my Thai teacher taught me about Thai food and one of them is Massaman. She divided class into group and my group got Massaman. Then my mother helped me to get it, my friends and I ate it in our Thai class. It is delicious! After that I tried to eat it again when I got a chance. Nowadays, I can cook it by myself!

Well, There are a lot of foods I like. It is quite difficult to think of one. If I have to choose one, I will choose Tom yam Kung. Tom yam Kung is one of the most famous of all Thai food. I would say I love the flavors of lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, fresh Thai chilies, and fresh lime juice, that all combine to create a healthy and soothing broth that will light up your taste buds.
