I'm not sure it depends on my work.
If I have too much work, it will be late at night before I go to bed.
As you know I cannot easily sleep in one day so it takes a long time until I sleep.
But I used to it.

For me, I go to bed quite late. I usually go to bed around midnight or 1-2 AM.
I know it is not good to go to bed late, but I get used to it already.
I will try to go to bed earlier.

I usually go to bed around 11 p.m.
I try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day.
This helps set my body's internal clock and optimize the quality of my sleep.
If I'm getting enough sleep, I should wake up naturally without an alarm.

Actually, I hope I can go to bed early everyday but dream is dream.
I always go to bed at 2 or 3 a.m. everyday because I have lots of works to finish.
Sometimes, I cannot sleep because of my works. I am quite tired, but over time will feel accustomed.

I am a person who cannot stay awake all night. If I go to bed late, I will get sick easily.

It depends if I'm working on that day or if I'm on-call at work. On my days off, I usually go to bed like 11:00 pm and wake up like 8:00 am.

I think I am a person who goes to bed very quickly. Hahaha I usually go to sleep around 4 - 5 p.m.

Mostly I go to bed at night but foe this month I go to bed not in the same time each day because I have a lot of works it's depend to when I finish a work. My health is was harming now.

For me, I usually go to bed at midnight or before midnight.
It depends on the day.
If that day I feel very tired I actually go to bed earlier than usual, even though i have many assignments.

Lately, the time I go to bed is pretty confusing. My routine is a bit changing and I go to bed not the exact same time each day. I feel very tired recently and I think my health is decaying because I didn't get enough sleep and eat a bad diet. I hope I have time to detox myself.

I usually go to bed around midnight to 1 in the morning.
It is not a really good time but it becomes my regular routine already.
If I have a long vacation break, I will go to bed more early like 4:30-5:00 PM.

Well, I normally go to bed around 1 a.m.
If I have no class in the morning, 2-3 a.m. is the best time for go to bed.
Actually, I would like to go to bed early but it's hard for me because I have a lot of stuff to finish.

I enjoy watching videos on Youtube very much, so I often go to bed late.

I am a morning person and I wake up very early in the morning.
That is why I feel sleepy since 10-11 p.m.
