Honestly, I do not protect my self from coldness. Because, I really love cold weather! I like to feel the coldness. I like the wind. I want to feel it with my skin.
But sometimes, if it is too cold, I would put on some sweater.

I just stay at room and wear sweater or jacket, trousers, and gloves.
Also, eat something hot like hot drinks or hot foods.
However, my favorite way is shower in warm water. It's so comfy.

-wearing a huge and stick sweater
-drinking warm water or cocoa
-not going outside, just stay in my room
-take a warm shower
-stay in a big warm blanket
These are the ways I do for protecting myself from coldness. I think these ways help me a lot.

For me, I always wear a jacket to protect myself from the coldness.
If it was extremely cold, I would stay at my dorm under the blanket.
Wearing a shock is one of what I choose for protecting from cold.

I usually wear several layers of loose fitting, lightweight, warm clothing rather than one layer of heavy clothing. The outer garments should be tightly woven and water repellent. Moreover I wear a hat. Cover my mouth with a scarf to protect my lungs.

Coldness is one thing that you cannot avoid it but you can protect. In my hometown for the winter season, it is very cold to frozen due to it nears Maekhong river. I will protect myself from coldness as following: firstly, I don’t go outside in my home. Secondly, I will be under in the blanket and lastly, I sit near the bonfire to get warming.
